    A Vinyasa Flow yoga class specifically designed for men’s physical and mental health. With strength building, dynamic movements, stretching to help with physical and mental demands that come with modern life

  • Yin Yoga

    Long hold stretching focusing on mobility of the back, hips and hamstrings. We adopt a simple breathing technique during each pose to help calm body and mind. This is a western science based class. A slower but still challenging class. All levels and genders are welcome.

  • Yoga for Strength

    Find flexibility and strengthen the body in fun and creative ways with this Vinyasa flow practice. A mix of dynamic movement, yoga asana and relaxation exercises for the mind. Suitable for beginners with modification and props available
